DRESS CODE STYLE NOTES:
Evocative of a formal cocktail party post flower power movement, and just prior to a new wave groove. Think late 60’s, early 70’s, but not quite disco. Channeling a precious moment in time when Love was still important, yet no longer an escape. A time when it became clear that Love required a greater sense of responsibility, a radical optimism.

In other words:
Colorful, Metallic Cocktail Ensembles with Black Suits or Tuxes. Personal style encouraged.

HOTEL BLOCK LINKS ARE LIVE. BOOK NOW!

HYATT NY CHELSEA

~$427 a night for 1 bed
~$496 a night for 2 beds

This hotel is our top choice for an easy price point. It’s clean, and has the best rates for singles and doubles. Its central location is closer to Flat Iron district, which is great (not so far into Chelsea/ West side). They do not offer suites, only single and double rooms. Close to direct subway lines to all festival events. Easy to walk around, taxi, shop.

THE REFINERY

~$520 a night for 1 bed
~$668 a night for 2 beds

Newish midtown hotel that’s great for guests interested in that I LOVE NY tourist feeling without a lot of time to see the city. Centrally located to walk uptown or downtown. Close to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Bryant Park, Madison Square Park, Flatiron, etc. It’s also near the direct subway lines to Festival events.

LOEWS CENTRAL PARK EAST

~$690 a night for 1 bed
~$806 a night for 2 beds

Higher price, but great reputation and location – close to iconic Central Park south, Bergdorf Goodman, The Met Museum. Has a Sant Ambroeus downstairs. Close to event subway lines and great for a touristy excuse to take a taxi ride through iconic NYC from uptown - downtown to our Festival of Love events.
